Having been a dedicated Early Childhood teacher for nearly 9 years, and boasting 23 years of experience in the field, I can confidently attest to the unparalleled quality of care and education provided at Little Leo’s Early Learning Centre. Nestled within a warm and welcoming community, our centre is not just a place of learning, but a second home for both present and past children.

Under the guidance of our compassionate owner-operator, who exemplifies the best practices in the industry, we prioritize listening and supporting families, managers, Room Leaders, and staff alike. Our commitment extends beyond mere compliance with regulations; we are deeply invested in nurturing every child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development from 6 months to 6 years old, ensuring they are well-prepared for the journey ahead into Primary school.

I am immensely proud to have been a part of Little Leo’s for the past year and a half. Starting as a trainee in the service, I’ve received unwavering support from both my colleagues and management, allowing me to complete my traineeship without ever feeling overwhelmed.

Working in the cub’s room with the babies has been an absolute joy; witnessing their growth and developmental milestones fills me with happiness every day.
